We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, well-qualified and innovative colleague to work with our Pastoral Team to manage students within the Inclusion process.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to motivate young people to value the importance of learning.

• Have a commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Have the ability to develop positive relationships and motivate students.

• Show flair and creativity with their own practice.
