The Governors are seeking to recruit a Pastoral Lead, who will initiate and lead high quality programmes to develop and improve the wellbeing, attendance, learning and behaviour of pupils at St John Bosco College.  

This is a non-teaching role. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in a committed team and make a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils. 

It is an exciting time to join St John Bosco College as we continue our journey towards being an outstanding Roman Catholic, Salesian school, now that we are fully settled into our state-of-the-art building in the heart of Battersea.  Our success can be credited to our committed and dedicated staff who strive for excellence and promote high aspirations throughout the school.

• Be fully supportive of the school’s Roman Catholic ethos and able to contribute to the wider life of the school 

• Be able to work productively and collaboratively to ensure that children at St John Bosco College are happy, safe and achieve to the best of their ability

St John Bosco College is located in the heart of Battersea a short distance from Clapham Junction and Battersea Bridge.  We are an 'outstanding' Catholic School (Section 48 inspection June 2019) rated were 'good' by Ofsted in our most recent inspection (October 2022).
