Oasis Academy Mayfield is a fantastic place to learn and work.  Our last Ofsted visit was in May 2016, where we were judged to be ‘Good’ in all areas, since then we believe that we have moved yet closer to our aim to become the exceptional school our community deserves. Job/Person Summary

We are looking for someone who has the passion and commitment to work with young people and their families to provide a broad range of support so that we achieve our goal of ‘Excellence for Everyone’. 

If you have the ability to motivate, challenge and support students ensuring they push themselves beyond what they ever thought was possible; then this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high performing team who share a passionate commitment to securing the best possible life chances for our young people. This role will require huge amounts of resilience, perseverance for the long haul and a constant drive for excellence.
