Grade 4 £28,226-£35,336 FTE

£25,913 - £32,881 PRO RATA ACTUAL SALARY

Permanent, term time only contract (plus 2 weeks to be specified by school)

36.50 hours per week

Hodge Hill Girl’s School is seeking to appoint an experienced, hardworking Pastoral Manager to manage student welfare and behaviour and promote a sense of personal excellence and pride in students. They will need to be a confident, professional & approachable communicator as they will be liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including staff, students, parents, and the wider community. The successful applicant should have good time management skills, be able to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach to work. A good level of all Microsoft Office Suite applications and excellent numeracy, literacy and ICT skills are essential. Knowledge of SIMS is desirable, as is previous experience in a similar role. Attendance to relevant Parent; Curriculum & Induction Evening.
