HOURS: 37 hours a week/39 weeks a year (Term time only)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Pastoral Managers team at Weavers Academy.  This post is a new position working with our Pastoral Mentors to focus on targeting and mentoring students that need additional support to meet their true potential.  This role will have a focus on the schools Internal Exclusion and Learning in Isolation Centre and will look at developing and implementing a range of strategies in partnership with our Raising Standards Leaders for the population of our school that benefits from additional intervention.
