Willenhall E-ACT Academy are looking to immediately appoint an experienced and efficient Pastoral Manager to assist and support in maintaining high standards of behaviour, look after the welfare of students and support students in developing excellent learning habits including behaviour, engagement and organisation. The successful candidate will establish positive relationships with parents, carers, staff and outside agencies in line with the school’s vision and values and ensure students attendance in school. You need strength and determination, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and skills in dealing with vulnerable pupils.

Our new Pastoral Manager will be committed to fulfilling the potential of all of our students, regardless of their educational needs. Our belief is that all young people are capable of achieving great things. The Pastoral Manager will have a focus on attendance, behavioural, pastoral and welfare issues, in order to maximise the learning opportunities and ultimately outcomes for our students.

You will have experience working with children and young people with a range of additional needs.

Candidates will be required to possess Maths and English GCSE grade A* - C
