PASTORAL SUPPORT and POST 16 GUIDANCE OFFICER

The Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale Band 9 

Actual Salary: £23,933.64 - £26,418.88

37 hours per week, 44 weeks per year

Starting as soon as possible, we are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our Post 16 Team who is passionate about supporting young people.  The successful applicant will be skilled and experienced in working with young people and have excellent interpersonal skills.  They will work in close partnership with the Head of Sixth Form, school staff, parents and external agencies.  Safeguarding and First Aid is part of this role; full training will be given if required.

The successful candidate will:

Be passionate about supporting young people.

Be able to build effective and supportive relationships with students, parents and other agencies in order to secure the best life chances for young people.

Be experienced in working with young people in a secondary school or other relevant setting.

Be highly organised and be a team player.
