We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated pastoral support and progress manager to join our team from September 2017. The post would suit someone who is committed to ensuring that all students meet their full potential and raise their aspirations and achievement. You will be joining a team, that prides ourselves on providing a caring atmosphere and developing positive relationships with students and the wider community. We are an Academy with Outstanding Leadership and Management at all levels within the school. (Ofsted 2010 & 2013 – overall effectiveness “Outstanding”)
The successful candidate must be: -

- Passionate about the wellbeing/resilience of student’s and its impact on learning
- Someone who has high expectations of all students and colleagues.
