Are you a dedicated and energetic individual? Are you a creative, innovative role model with a strong commitment to inclusion and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils? We are looking to appoint a highly skilled Pastoral Support Worker who is committed to high standards of achievement and behaviour for all children.

As a Pastoral Support Worker you will work closely with the Heads of House and the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will also support the Designated Safeguarding Leads in continuing to safeguard the most hard to reach and vulnerable students, whilst working in partnership with a wide audience to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. We will provide an environment for a skilled practitioner to use their skills and experience to tackle non-engagement and well-being concerns.

The role will also require a reasonable degree of administrative work which will involve attendance, minute taking in meetings, typing and other duties. We are therefore looking for someone who is well organised and is also competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
