Greensward Academy is seeking to appoint a reliable, efficient and enthusiastic person to the position of Pastoral Support Assistant.  The successful applicant will have strong and accurate administrative skills, ideally have previous school experience and enjoy working in a team environment.  This a full-time position and you will be required to work 37 hours, 5 days per week, 39 weeks per year (including 1 week during the breaks).

The position involves a wide range of duties which include: maintaining up to date student records and contact details on our database, providing first aid response when required, keeping accurate records for all sick and injured students visiting student services, monitoring stock of medical supplies, coordinate the student immunisation programme and general administration associated with this position.  If you possess a high level of initiative and the skills and confidence to deal with challenging situations, then we would love to hear from you.
