Job overview
We are looking for a part-time Pastoral Support Assistant with strong communication skills to provide day-to-day support for our students. Working alongside Achievement Leaders and the Inclusion Manager, you will promote positive learning attitudes and inclusion, liaise with parents and staff, and carry out a range of duties to support our students’ social, emotional and academic needs. The role has a particular focus on Year 10 and Year 11 students, but there will be opportunities to work with students across the school.
The salary scale is the Local Authority’s Grade 5 (£18,319 - £19,819) pro rata. Actual starting salary pro rata will be in the region of £15,489 - £16,441.
