We are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Manager. The role would be perfect for those looking for a career in Education or Educational Psychology.

Keen to challenge young people with opportunities they may not know they even exist yet? At Shenley E-ACT Academy, we know that the life chances of our pupils are determined by inspirational teachers like you.

How can you help to inspire our pupils?

We are looking for a Pastoral Support Manager to provide administrative and pastoral support to a Head of Year, managing many of the day to day issues arising from members of the Year.  The pastoral support manager will also take on the duties of a Form Tutor within a Horizontal Tutoring System, and offering an element of cover for absent colleagues (up to 30%).

• Committed to teacher development through E-ACT’s professional learning programme in partnership with leading training providers such as Ambition School Leadership

•     Leading the way in youth mental health through our very own Mental Health First Aid programme – we aim to train every teacher as a mental health first aider.

•     A leader in the education sector for outstanding employee benefits including a generous maternity policy and opportunities for flexible working.
