37 hours per week over 39 weeks per year
8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 4pm Friday
Grade 7 £24,491 - £27,741 (Pro Rata £21,038-£24,367)
You will be based within The Hive, our centre for learning, working collaboratively with teaching and support staff to plan, prepare and deliver re-tracking programmes and other initiatives to remove barriers to learning - supporting individuals and/or groups in the mainstream classroom and within a inclusive environment by developing strategies to re-engage and enhance the development and education of young people.
The person we are looking for will have proven experience and expertise in behaviour management, preferably in an education setting. They will be a positive role model and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and have the ability to motivate others.
We genuinely believe this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a significant change to the lives of some of our learners.
