We are looking to appoint a highly organised and efficient Pastoral Support Manager with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will be play a key role in supporting student development, behaviour, attitudes, attendance and safe guarding in a designated key stage.
Working alongside our pastoral team including Teachers and Heads of Year, you will help students develop skills to promote independence and resilience as well as making progress with their learning.
You will also liaise with parents and play an important part in developing positive relationships and contribute to our efforts to improve parent engagement.
Reporting to: Assistant Head
Hours: Part time - 36 Hours per week 08:00 - 16:00 including a 40 minute lunch break(40 weeks per year which will include some evenings)
