Working as a key part of our pastoral team, you will have the chance to shape the future of young people with SEMH needs, keeping them part of our community.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and motivated practitioner and we would welcome a team player who is keen to work collaboratively and contribute to a strong ethos of sharing good practice, resources and ideas. You will play a strategic role in supporting students overcome barriers to learning and progress and help to keep them safe, happy and successful throughout their time with us. 

You will be passionate about supporting students with SEMH needs and you will be somebody looking to develop your skills further by taking a leading role in developing our new approach.

As such, the role offers a professional challenge and a rewarding opportunity to be part of an inclusive school with a leadership team who are highly committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people.
