Hours: 35 hours per week (8.30am-4.00pm Monday to Friday with 30 minute unpaid break). Part-time working will be considered.

Contract: Permanent, term time only (39 weeks per year plus 5 CPD days per year)

Grade: H4

Full time equivalent salary: From £20,640 per annum including London Fringe

Actual salary: £16,626 per annum

The School is now looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Officer who will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day pastoral support and safeguarding systems at the School. The post holder will work within the Sixth Form pastoral team supporting pastoral interventions to maintain high standards of Sixth Form student behaviour and to promote a positive approach to learning and student social, emotional and behavioural wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to meeting the needs of students. They will need to have experience of assessing information and making judgements and will need to be a highly effective communicator. Experience of working with children, ideally in an education setting is desirable.
