We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Colleague to work alongside students who may find school challenging, to enable them to access learning and achieve their full potential.

This post offers an excellent opportunity for an inspirational and focused candidate to use a range of support methods, to identify and remove barriers to learning for some students. You will work closely with internal colleagues, students and their families to build positive relationships and improve communication.

You

Our ideal candidate with have some experience of working with emotional, social and behavioural issues in a school, sixth form or relevant context. You will ideally be educated to A level or equivalent with excellent communication and team working skills. You will be comfortable using a range of Microsoft products. Experience of using Arbor would be advantageous, however training will be provided.

This post is full-time working Monday to Friday, term-time only. The hours for this post are 8.15am – 4.15pm Monday to Fridays, inclusive of unpaid rest breaks.
