Pastoral Support Worker

Lodge Park Academy have a vacancy for a Pastoral Support Worker (Family Welfare).

About the role

The Pastoral Support Worker (Family Welfare) works under the leadership of the Vice Principal for Pastoral with direct guidance from the Director of Pastoral.  The successful person will play a vital role in contributing to the culture, ethos, and wellbeing of the whole Academy, by working closely with families to remove student barriers to learning or attending.

37 hours a week - 39 weeks a year (term time).

Scale NJC12 £22,183pa FTE (£19,397.69 actual salary)
