We wish to recruit an outstanding Pastoral Support Worker to join our dedicated team and contribute to ensuring our school continues to flourish.

We require a resourceful, enthusiastic and self-motivated Pastoral Support Worker. The candidate should ideally have experience of working in a school environment supporting classes with an enthusiasm for improving students learning. We would like someone with a tolerant and compassionate nature and sense of humour which would be an asset and the ability to work co-operatively within a team setting is also essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with the teaching staff to support students and their families. To ensure that students are safe and have appropriate and relevant pastoral support to be able to fully engage in their education and social development.

Each of our student’s individual learning needs deserve to be met and we want to ensure all students can achieve the best possible outcomes, and that students are safe and behave well and attend school regularly.
