Salary: from £17,561.25 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent Term Time only

We are looking for an experienced Pastoral Support Worker to join our fantastic team at Glebedale School, Stoke on Trent.
As a Pastoral Support Worker your role will be to create and maintain a purposeful, structured, and nurturing environment where pupils feel safe to learn. Leading and modelling best practice and driving strategies which support pupils’ personal development.
This is a great opportunity for a Pastoral Support Worker who is looking to continue their career in Education and is motivated to inspire learning in children with varied and complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.

You should be educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English or be willing to work towards these qualifications. You will be calm, engaging, resilient, enjoy working as part of a team, and be genuinely motivated by helping every child to reach their potential.
