The Governors of Bishop Challoner Catholic School is seeking to appoint an outstanding Pastoral Year Leader to join our School. Applicants must be dedicated and enthusiastic as they will act as a figurehead, ensuring that students reach their full potential both academically and pastorally.

 

You will be required to lead on student’s wellbeing and pastoral care for all students within your year and play an active role in the strategic planning, leadership and decision making for the School. This is an extremely rewarding, demanding and varied role, the successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, establishing constructive relationships with staff, parents and students.

You do not need to be a practising Catholic to apply.
