Job overview
We are looking to recruit a payroll officer to provide a high-quality service to our Schools. The individual will be part of a small team responsible for administering all monthly and annual payroll processes using iTrent software, examples of which include maternity/paternity administration, sick pay processes, auto enrolment, MI reporting and annual returns.
The successful candidate will be required to assist the current Senior Payroll Officer and must have experience of running a complete payroll system in a medium organisation organisation. In addition to being highly numerate and organised, the individual will also have experience of providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Up to date knowledge of HMRC regulations and excellent MS Word/Excel skills are essential.
This role is a part time position, working 2 full days a week, preferably Monday and Tuesday.
