Job overview

Children's International School is a private IBO school with two campuses, one in Fredrikstad and one in Moss, Norway. We offer the PYP and the MYP programme to our 500 students. We follow the IBO curriculum and the language of instruction is English.

We will be looking for applicants that are:

  • Speaking fluently english
  • Positive and enthusiastic about teaching
  • Energetic and have good cooperation skills
  • Enjoying challenges
  • Setting high goals for themselves and their students
  • Have excellent classroom management skills
  • A Bachelor or a Masters degree in PE or dance

Children's International School, established in 2012 with its inaugural campus in Fredrikstad, expanded its reach to Moss in 2015 and subsequently to Sarpsborg in 2019, marking the opening of its third campus. CIS are all authorized  International Baccalaureate World schools in the Primary Years Programme and Middle Years Programme.

All classes are conducted in English, with an incorporation of Norwegian language. Additionally, the Middle Years Programme offers a third language choice. The curriculum offers an extended music programme which includes instrument lessons, dance, choir and orchestra.
