We are seeking an excellent and ambitious PE specialist, ideally also able to teach science as a second subject, to teach across the full age range from Years 7 to 13.
This is an exciting time to join Clarendon. We have just been graded as a ‘Good’ provider by OFSTED (November 2017), following ‘Good’ ratings in 2012 and 2014. We are also about to join a local Multi-Academy-Trust which will help to drive the school to our ambition of being an outstanding provider for our community.
We have a proud comprehensive ethos – every child matters – and an excellent record of staff development; many of our leaders have developed their careers rapidly at this school. If you believe in excellence for every child, are driven to achieve the highest standards and determined to make a difference, then we would like to hear from you.
Clarendon is located in Wiltshire’s county town of Trowbridge, which is easily commutable from Bath, Bristol and other local towns in west Wiltshire and north-east Somerset. We are close to many areas of outstanding natural beauty in the south-west of England and south Wales.
