We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic full time Senior School Teacher of PE.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic and effective teacher, passionate about Physical Education and willing to make a positive contribution to the PE Department. An ability to teach/coach Hockey, Netball or Swimming to a high level is desirable but an ability to teach gymnastics, dance, athletics, tennis, rounders and cricket throughout the school would be advantageous. Applicants should state any other particular areas of expertise/ enthusiasm on their application form/letter.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a passion and the drive to support our teams in their development, matches and sports tours. They will have excellent coaching and planning skills, and the confidence and personality to engage pupils, parents and teachers alike.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a QTS qualified teacher to start or progress their career, in our highly successful PE Department. An ability to teach across the full age and ability range up to GCSE PE is desirable. We provide an excellent and comprehensive support and induction programme for NQTs.
