Job overview

As a Performance and data Manager at PeoplePlus it will be your responsibility for leading and developing a team approach to the delivery of a high quality service to learners. You will support the Education Manager in overseeing the performance of the site and, as part of the senior management team you will be responsible for maximising contract performance, and exceeding the expectations of partners and learners in line with the company ethos of ‘Improving Peoples Lives’. You will be expected to deputise for the Education Manager in their absence and on other occasions as appropriate.

The role is based at HMP Highpoint where you will be responsible for managing the effective inputting of data on a daily basis, whilst ensuring that compliance is met with all stakeholders. You will manage the overall performance of the centre to ensure that performance in all areas of the business meets or exceeds the required targets. The role will involve management of an administration team, where you will be required to manage the effectiveness of their duties of which include data input, finance, learner entry, examinations and data storage, this is not an exhaustive list but gives and overview of some essential requirements of the role.

Have you got what it takes? 

You should be motivated to inspire along with a passion for what you do. You will need to hold a relevant first degree &/ professional qualification along with a teaching qualification and significant teaching experience.

You will need to demonstrate successful experience and confidence in managing curriculum development and change, quality systems and processes and the performance of teaching staff in ways which will improve learner outcomes.

Due to the nature and scope of this role a driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
