We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of Performing Arts, who has the potential and aspiration to be a consistently good or outstanding teacher, who wants to raise the attainment and ambitions of students of all abilities within this subject.

The successful individual should be ambitious and hardworking to join a diligent, enthusiastic and committed Performing Arts department. This is an exciting time to join an incredibly strong department both in terms of the teaching and support, giving you great access to a range of resources. Our successful applicant will be able to teach Drama, Music & Dance across Key Stages 3-4. 

Joining the Department, you will be part of a team who pride themselves on supporting each other.

We are receptive to teachers joining us at varying stages in their career; whether you are a recently qualified teacher or one who has many years of teaching experience, we can ensure that you are developed within the department and wider academy.

We aim to support students to achieve their full potential, ensuing they are well prepared for examination, further and higher education and the world of work.

At Fareham Academy, we believe in providing students with skills to support their developing independence. The Performing Arts delivers through a series of practical and theory lessons, where students receive first-hand experience of all aspects across the department covering Dance, Music & Drama.
