The Creative Arts department at South Staffordshire College requires a fractional Performing Art Technician to support teaching on the musical theatre pathways and assist in the musical direction of SSC productions.  

This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious team of teachers in delivery of the L3 and HE Musical Theatre courses.  The role of the technician is to support the piano accompaniment of classes in support of other teachers on the course and in musical directing our various performances.  

The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a pianist with fluency in reading sheet music, together with significant experience of working as a Musical Director in a professional and/or amateur setting.  

We are looking for a person with a positive attitude to work with young and aspiring students.
