King’s Bruton is an HMC co-educational boarding and day school of 370 pupils aged 13-18.
An opportunity has arisen for a confident, talented and enthusiastic Harp teacher to join the Peripatetic team at King’s Bruton. Excellent communication skills are required as well as patience and a sense of humour. The role is required initially to teach one pupil at King’s (35 mins a week) and two pupils at Hazlegrove (30 mins a week each) and will start in March 2023.

King’s Bruton is a mixed independent school with sixth form in the Somerset town of Bruton. Students attend the school from the ages of 13 to 18, with the option to board throughout their school careers. There are approximately 370 students on roll. The Somerset school operates in partnership with Hazlegrove Preparatory School, in nearby Sparkford.
King’s Bruton was founded as a boys' school in 1519, admitting girls in the late 1960s before becoming fully co-educational in 1997.
