Westminster Kingsway College are recruiting for an exceptional and dynamic Curriculum Manager of Engineering to join our friendly and energetic team.
About the role:
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic manager of Engineering with excellent leadership and communication skills, to drive improvement ensuring the effective development and delivery of the curriculum. You will be responsible for day-to-day logistics, coordination, and implementation of a range of strategies designed to improve teaching and learning, quality, attendance, retention, and achievement rates. You will be able to work well with support departments to complete tasks. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to act flexibly to adapt to frequently changing work priorities in a highly pressurised environment. You will be an enthusiastic, inspiring, and inclusive manager, with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating teams. You will have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office and a keen eye for attention to detail to produce high quality and accurate information.

Westminster Kingsway College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college in the London Borough of Camden and the London Borough of Westminster, serving pupils from the age of 16 and above. The college has approximately 14,000 students on record every year.
Westminster Kingsway College was founded in 2000 after the amalgamation of Westminster College and Kingsway College. It has learning centres across London in King’s Cross, Regents Park, Camden, Victoria and Soho. It offers students a number of full and part time courses including A levels and vocational courses at Level 1, 2, and 3. The college provides training on behalf of a range of organisations, including South Bank University, Compass Limited, Travelodge, The British Council and Ministry of Defence.
