Personal Assistant (PA) to Executive Principals
C3 (SCP 26 – 28) £23,866 - £25,463
Hours 32½ hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 3.30pm, Friday 8.00am – 3.00pm), term time only plus 10 days. Actual salary: £18,309 - £19,534
(subject to a 6 month probationary period)
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside the Executive Principals in this important and demanding role.
The intention of this role is to provide extensive diary management, organising and attending meetings, and acting on initiative to undertake research and compile relevant briefing papers for the Executive Principals.
You should be incredibly organised, efficient, personable and committed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take their secretarial career to the next step in a dynamic organisation. Ideally you will have solid work experience from an industry, public services or education background, be well spoken, intelligent (perhaps with a degree and/or a secretarial course) and be passionate about high standards.
