36.25 hours per week 8.15am to 4pm, term time plus 2 weeks (i.e. 40 weeks)

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and dedicated Personal Assistant to the Headteacher to provide and coordinate a comprehensive and professional administrative service for the Headteacher.
We require an experienced, motivated and committed individual to provide a proactive secretarial and administrative support to the Headteacher. The ideal candidate would be highly skilled in both operational and communications aspects of personal assistance, with the ability to lead and work with staff to provide the best for our school.
We are looking for individuals who are able to remain calm under pressure, show initiative, great attention to detail and maintain confidentiality with comprehensive understanding of GDPR. Candidates must be team players, willing to go the extra mile and must demonstrate a pleasant and professional approach in dealing with students, staff, parents and visitors.
