About the Role

We require a skilled and professional administrator or Personal Assistant to support the Trust’s Education Director and Senior Director of Human Resources who are based at Greenwood House in Colwick, Nottingham. This is a varied role and duties will include: PA activity, administration, diary management, minute taking, data gathering and production of reports. You will also be required to provide a high level of professional support at Trust Board sub-committee and Teacher Union meetings. This position will not only include working alongside senior leaders within the Trust but also liaising with important stake holders so a high level of professionalism is essential.

You should possess excellent communication, customer service and literacy skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of policies and systems. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.  This role will involve dealing with sensitive information so you must have experience of ensuring confidentiality.
