Personal Assistant to the Head of Cranleigh Prep School

This isn’t just a PA role—it’s a chance to play a central part in shaping something special. You’ll be the calm in the storm, the gatekeeper, the organiser, the diplomat—and the trusted right hand of a dynamic new leader. If you're someone who can juggle diaries, whip up a letter with polish and precision, handle confidential matters with care, and greet everyone with a warm smile (even on the busy days), we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll:

·      Be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors

·      Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—from scheduling to school events

·      Support recruitment, meetings, and key communications
