We are currently looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to our Assistant Headteachers the successful candidate will join a high-performing administration team.

The successful candidate will: 

To support the AHTs with the management of their workload and to provide all necessary support so that they are best able to provide strategic key stage leadership 

• To provide comprehensive confidential PA and administrative support, including clerical & reprographics support, booking events, courses and meetings as requested 

• To compose and prepare correspondence including that of a confidential or politically sensitive nature on behalf of the AHTs 

• To manage the production, coordination and quality assurance of reports, documents and briefing papers, including filing electronically or paper as directed 

• To create and support the AHTs in preparation for all Senior Leadership Team meetings 

• To support with administration around GCSE options, Primary school transition, Careers Education, Information & Guidance (CEIG) and Continued Professional Development 

• To liaise with Head of School’s PA to ensure school diary, strategic calendar and website are updated with relevant information 

• To assist with the organisation and preparation of school events with other colleagues as required 

• To carry out any project as directed by the AHTs including the preparation of statistics and management information, strategic planning, etc. 

• To organise and ensure all Performance Management meetings with AHTs direct reports are timely and all paperwork produced 

• To co-manage (along with the AHTs their diaries, manage the telephone calls, enquiries of a highly sensitive, confidential and politically sensitive nature 

• To ensure that all work undertaken within the AHTs’ office complies with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 

• To undertake any tasks as reasonably directed by the Head of School
