PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

TENURE: PERMANENT SALARY: £27,916 - £29,457
Actual Pro-rated Salary PAY SCALE: *SO2, spinal points 32-34 (pending Job Evaluation)
HOURS: 36 hours x 48 weeks per annum (plus 11 – 15 days to be worked out of term time dependent on years of service).

Chingford Academies Trust is looking for a dynamic PA to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer. You should have excellent organisational and time management skills, have good written and spoken communication skills and ensure that you have accurate attention to detail in your work.
The role involves juggling workloads and meeting tight dead-lines and you should have a flexible and adaptable approach to work. At least two years previous experience of working at a senior level in a school/further educational institution is essential.
