Are you an organised and efficient administrator able to act with integrity and empathy?

We are looking for a skilled PA to support our leadership team. You will be a self-starter who is able to work on your own initiative. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues. 

This role is responsible for the management of the CEO’s and Principal’s diaries; accuracy and attention to detail are essential. It will be necessary for you to attend meetings and take comprehensive minutes. The ability to make visitors welcome and tactfully manage telephone calls to inspire the confidence of students, parents and outside agencies is a must. 

You will be confident in being the central communication point for the Trust and, using your excellent ICT skills, you will have the ability to be adaptable. There will be a budget-holder responsibility with this post.

In this role, you will work 39 hours per week, term time, plus 10 days in the holidays.

About Homewood School and Sixth Form Centre

Homewood School & Sixth Form Centre is a mixed 11 – 18 wide ability school with Academy status with 2,100 students including 350 in the Sixth Form. We are part of Tenterden Schools’ Trust working in collaboration with local primary schools serving the Wealden town of Tenterden and the surrounding villages. The school is situated on the edge of Tenterden and enjoys a large semi-rural site overlooking open countryside.
