Bryanston is looking to appoint a committed and professional Personal Assistant to the Head to provide strictly private and confidential support to the Head, facilitating her ability to lead and manage the School.   

The PA will have responsibility for ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the Head’s Office and will handle all of the Head’s correspondence, her appointments and her diary. There will be continuous involvement with the academic staff, Registrar’s office, the Bursary, the Governors, caterers, parents, pupils and other schools and educational organisations.    

The ideal candidate is likely to have a proven track record as a senior PA with experience of dealing with, and thriving on, multiple priorities in a busy and demanding environment. Exceptional English, both written and spoken, a high degree of computer literacy with experience of MS Office, including Word and Excel, and an analytical approach to problem solving is required, as is the self-confidence to work independently with flexibility and initiative.    

This post is a full-time, all year-round post, however, during school holidays there are significantly reduced hours and the flexibility to work from home. Bryanston offers a competitive package in a fantastic working environment.
