Job title: Personal Assistant to the Principal
Reporting to: Principal
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: This is a full time, all year position, 37 hours per week, 8.30am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch; 4.00pm finish on Fridays. A term time position with ‘plus days’ in the school holidays could also be considered for the right candidate.

The PA will be the first point of contact for the Principal, managing the complex diary and dealing with a wide range of enquiries and tasks on a daily basis with foresight, professionalism and discretion.
The ability to anticipate and prioritise at pace is essential, and the successful applicant will possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, remain calm and collected under pressure, and have the initiative and intelligence to resolve difficult situations, communicating in a personable and friendly manner to all internal and external stakeholders.
