Woodhey are seeking an inspirational colleague to support the coordination of our Personal Development programme. At Woodhey, we offer the Woodhey Pledge to our students, which is our commitment to our students and the offer they receive in relation to extracurricular and enrichment activities, careers guidance, leadership opportunities, and community and charity contributions. The successful candidate will work closely with our Assistant Headteacher for Personal Development to support the facilitation of the Woodhey Pledge, as well as identifying and removing students’ barriers to engaging in the Pledge. The successful candidate will plan and lead activities to inspire our students and help them to engage with the Pledge and wider school life. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our students in developing into rounded individuals who are prepared for life once they leave school.

Working hours:               37 hours per week (Term time only plus 5 Inset days)
