Applications are invited for the above post within the City Learning Trust.  We are seeking an exceptional and suitably experienced Personal Executive Assistant to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Group across the Trust to provide a professional, confidential, discrete, proactive, efficient and effective executive support service.


The successful candidate will be an outstanding leader of administration who can demonstrate a track record of highly effective support for leaders of organisations.


This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work with and support the Chief Executive Officer as he leads the organistaion in local, national and international settings. 


You will work closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Group and Academy leaders across the Trust.  You will work with a talented and committed team of people in the Trust and act as the main point of liaison for the office of the Chief Executive with Trust staff, local, national and international partners. As such, you will need to possess excellent communication and diplomacy skills, coupled with high quality administrative and support skills and the experience to assist the Chief Executive Officer and his team in the efficient and effective running of the Trust.
