About Sir George Monoux College:
Monoux is a Sixth Form College for over 1700 students aged 16-19. We offer A Levels, vocational courses at levels 2 and 3, and GCSE resits. We are now in the top 10% of the country for the progress our students make from GCSE (this includes top 10% for disadvantaged students). 95% of our students advance to University or Apprenticeships, and 17% progress to Russell Group Universities. We are also growing, with a 10% increase in our student intake compared to last year.
About the role:
The College has recently re-organised the curriculum delivery model to provide more coherent progression pathways. To support this change we have introduced the role of Personal Mentor.
Supporting and enabling students to achieve their potential lies at the heart of this role within our Sixth Form College.
