About the Role
Winstanley College is seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Tutor to support and guide students throughout their college journey. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping young people achieve their academic goals, develop personally, and prepare for their future careers.
As a Personal Tutor, you will provide pastoral support, monitor student progress, and work closely with teaching staff to ensure students remain engaged, supported, and on track to succeed. You will build positive relationships with students, offering guidance on well-being, study skills, and progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with young people, and the ability to motivate and support students from a wide range of backgrounds. You will be organised, adaptable, and committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in education, youth work, or student support who are passionate about making a meaningful difference.
