We are looking for a dynamic, inspirational and personable candidate to join our team of educators as a Personal Tutor, delivering high quality teaching, academic and pastoral support to enable our learners to reach their full potential.

As a Personal Tutor, you will deliver planned group and 1:1 tutorials based on the needs of the learners in each group.

You will also provide guidance and advice to learners on the availability of support concerning study, financial, and other services to enhance learners’ ability to complete their studies and progress onto an appropriate, positive destination, including university, apprenticeships, training or employment.

Tracking the progress of learners, you will contribute to their ILP’s and effectively liaise with the relevant curriculum areas. You will also provide accurate and timely data and information, including registers, withdrawals and transfers, assessments, and progress reports.

Sharing your skills and knowledge with learners, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, ideally whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.

A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction, giving effective guidance and that will, in turn, benefit the education of our students.
