We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to plan, deliver and support programmes for pupils across the school. The Phase Lead Teaching Assistant will support the day to day running of their own phase team alongside the Phase Leader. Work will mainly be carried out outside the main teaching area under the guidance of the SENCo. This role will initially be to support across Phase 3 (Year 5 & 6) but the successful candidate will be confident to lead in other phases as necessary.
