Pay Scale: MPS/UPS + TLR 2c

Whitings Hill School is a thriving two form entry primary school with a thriving Nursery provision and a school pool which is accessed by all our children. We are an OfSTED graded ‘outstanding’ school that achieves high standards each year.  We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, creative, and motivational phase leaders to work in our school from September 2018 or earlier. 

We are looking for 3 new phase leaders to lead KS1, LKS1 & UKS2. In addition we would like the phase leaders to co-ordinate Maths, English (Reading) or English (Writing) throughout the school. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career or for an experienced phase leader who is looking for change.  

Applications are invited from experienced, innovative practitioners who have the necessary skills to inspire and motivate our children. Your ability to teach basic skills effectively is essential, as is your commitment to working as part of a team. You will need to display the capacity to motivate, nurture and provide a stimulating environment for the children in your class. You will work with a committed team to deliver outstanding learning, both indoors and out. Proven success in raising achievement is essential to this post.
