We are looking to appoint a great teacher to the following post for September 2018.

Phase Leader (Early Years/ Foundation stage) 

MPR/UPR (Current Pay Point) + TLR 2c (£6513) 

Full Time Permanent Post

We are looking for someone who can:

Demonstrate a clear understanding of what constitutes outstanding teaching and learning, and has the ability to lead staff by example

Inspire and motivate staff, parents, carers and children  

Demonstrate interpersonal and organisational skills 

Show commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity for all learners 

Be a dynamic and creative practitioner with high expectations
