• Salary: MPS/UPS and TLR 2 (to be negotiated)

Are you passionate about teaching and learning and motivated to give children fantastic experiences and support them to achieve their very best? Do you have experience of leading a team and making an impact across a phase or school? We are looking for a brilliant phase leader to join our enthusiastic and committed team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate and knowledgeable about teaching, learning and curriculum design

• Value and demonstrate commitment to inclusion, diversity and equity

• Be actively engaged with the current educational landscape, research and committed to developing their practice

• Understand how to build and manage positive relationships with children, families and the whole Henwick community

• Be ready and excited for the next step of their leadership journey
