Staff are given high levels of training, individually tailored to ensure they can have the biggest impact possible on our young learners. We provide regular staff workshops during assemblies and weekly twilight training sessions as well as access to a range of additional Ark network training sessions such as the NQT programme and Hub Days with network leads.
Ark Swift has a warm, welcoming environment and there is a strong caring and collaborative relationship between the staff. There is a real sense of team spirit and community as a part of our academy.

About Ark White City Primary Academy
Ark White City Primary brings together Ark Swift and Ark Burlington Danes Primary Academies to create one, two-form entry school. Our school opened in September 2023 in a brand-new, multi-million pound building on the new EdCity site in the heart of White City.
Guided by our values of Excellence, Friendship, Courage and Determination, Ark White City Primary Academy strives to build a community committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Our new school building have a state-of-the-art facilities including a roof terrace with growing gardens for each year group, a space for outside lessons and a high-quality playground area.
