37 hours/week, 39 weeks per annum
£20,660 - £22,658 per annum Actual pro rata salary depends on length of service (e.g. with basic year service £17,739 per annum)
Paignton Community and Sports Academy wish to appoint an enthusiastic Pupil Cover Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified to teach PE. The ability to teach in other curriculum areas as well as PE would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will cover primarily PE lessons in a teacher’s absence and/or complement the work by planning, preparing and delivering learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
This role is temporary in the first instance but it could be made permanent for the appropriate candidate in the future.
The Academy is situated in Torbay and is part of the beautiful English Riviera. It is within easy reach of stunning beaches with golden sands, rolling countryside and Dartmoor. It is also a short drive away via new South Devon link road which brings a host of benefits including easy access to the Historic City of Exeter and its surrounding areas
